1 General Provisions

hbija is an online gaming and betting platform operated for users in Bangladesh. These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the use of the hbija platform and any of its related services.

By accessing the platform, creating an account or using any service, you are legally considered to have read, understood and accepted these Terms in full. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using the platform.

2 Account Registration and Use

To enjoy services on hbija, you need to create a personal account. All information provided when creating an account must be true, accurate and complete.

2.1 Registration Requirements

• Each person may create only one account. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
• The name, address and identity document information used to create an account must be accurate.
• It is your responsibility to keep your account password secure and not disclose it to any third party.
• The account is for personal use only — operating an account on behalf of another person or a third party is prohibited.

2.2 Identity Verification (KYC)

hbija may at any time request government-issued identity documents (national ID or passport), proof of address and payment method verification information from you for identity verification purposes. Withdrawals may be temporarily suspended until the verification process is complete.

3 Age Verification and Age Limit

All services on hbija are for individuals aged 21 years or older only. Minors are completely prohibited from creating an account or using the platform.

At the time of registration, you must provide your correct age and declare that you are 21 years of age or older. hbija may request relevant documents for age verification at any time. Providing false information will result in permanent cancellation of the account and all deposited funds may be forfeited.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

hbija currently supports the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer. Additional payment methods may be added in the future.

4.2 Deposit Rules

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳500 (for each method).
• Deposits are generally credited to the account instantly.
• Deposits must be made from the payment source registered to your account.
• Deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted.

4.3 Withdrawal Rules

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳500.
• Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 1 hour.
• Withdrawals will only be sent back to the original deposit method.
• Withdrawals may be held if any bonus-related wagering requirements have not been met.
• Large withdrawals may be suspended if identity verification has not been completed.

4.4 Currency

All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Transactions in any other currency are not accepted.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

hbija offers new members a 120% welcome bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. To enjoy this bonus, a minimum wagering of 20 times the bonus amount must be completed.

5.2 Bonus Usage Terms

• After claiming a bonus, the wagering requirements must be met within the specified time.
• Withdrawing before the wagering requirements are met will cancel the bonus.
• hbija's decision is final in determining eligibility to receive a bonus.
• hbija reserves the right to forfeit bonuses if suspicious activity is detected.
• Each promotion may have its own specific terms, which will be stated on the offer page.

5.3 VIP Program

The hbija VIP program has four tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold and Platinum. Based on regular gaming activity, members can advance to higher tiers and enjoy weekly cashback benefits. The benefits of each tier are detailed on the relevant hbija page.

6 Gaming Rules

6.1 General Gaming Policy

All games on hbija are conducted in a fair and transparent manner. The specific rules of each game can be found on the game's own information page. If a technical error is observed in a game result, hbija will take appropriate action after investigation.

6.2 Betting Limits

Specific minimum and maximum bet limits are set for each game and betting market. These limits are displayed in the game interface. hbija reserves the right to change betting limits at any time.

6.3 Technical Issues

For incomplete rounds caused by disconnection or technical errors during a game session, hbija will decide whether to refund the bet or provide another opportunity as applicable. hbija's decision is final in such cases.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are completely prohibited on the hbija platform:

• Creating or operating multiple accounts.
• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal financial transactions.
• Misusing bonus benefits or placing coordinated bets with the intent to abuse bonuses.
• Playing games using software bots, scripts or automated methods.
• Attempting to hack, phish or breach the security of the platform.
• Providing false or misleading information.
• Engaging in fraudulent behaviour toward other users.
• Conducting transactions using third-party payment methods.

Violating these prohibitions will result in immediate account closure and all deposited funds may be forfeited.

8 Account Suspension and Closure

8.1 Suspension by hbija

hbija reserves the right to temporarily or permanently suspend any account in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms.
• Failure to complete identity verification or providing false information.
• Suspicious or unusual transaction activity.
• Bonus abuse or fraudulent behaviour.
• Compliance with legal obligations or regulatory directives.

8.2 Account Closure by the User

You may close your account at any time by sending a written request to [email protected]. You will be given the opportunity to withdraw your balance before the account is closed, however bonuses will be cancelled if the applicable wagering requirements have not been met.
